About Kurban Travel and this Website

Kurban Travel is a licensed, IATA-accredited travel agency established in 1952, arranging corporate, group, and leisure journeys worldwide from offices in Beirut, Lebanon and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Website provides information about our destinations, experiences, and services, and lets you send us enquiries. The Website itself is an informational and enquiry tool, not a booking or payment platform.

Information is not an offer

Content on the Website, including destinations, itineraries, experiences, descriptions, availability, and any indicative prices, is provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer. Travel prices and availability are confirmed only at the time of booking, and all bookings are subject to confirmation by us and by the relevant travel suppliers.

Bookings and the gokurban.com portal

Travel is arranged either directly with Kurban Travel or through our online booking portal at gokurban.com. Bookings are subject to separate booking terms and conditions, and to the terms of the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other suppliers providing the services. Those supplier terms, including rules on fares, changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, and travel documentation, apply to your booking in addition to these Terms.

Enquiries you submit

When you submit an enquiry or contact form, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete, and you are entitled to share any details you submit.
• You consent to us contacting you about your enquiry using the details you provide.
• We handle the information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute relating to the Website or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
